Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test programs for characterization, wafer sort, and production using the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform.
• Design and validate test hardware solutions for high-speed I/O (HSIO) applications.
• Lead projects across all development phases, from bring‑up to production ramp.
• Collaborate with DFT and DFM teams to improve testability, optimize yield, and enhance overall test methodologies.
• Establish and implement robust test practices, including GR& R, HTOL, and characterization procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed across cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in high-speed interface testing, including PCIe, USB, DDR, and related protocols.
• Hands‑on experience with Advantest SmarTest 8 software.
