Stryker’s **Sage division** , located in **Cary, IL** , is seeking a **Senior Staff Test Engineer, R&D** to support the design, development, and execution of test systems, fixtures, and methods used to evaluate the performance, durability, reliability, and safety of our healthcare products.

In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for test fixture design, lab capabilities, data acquisition systems, and product evaluation methods. You will partner closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, electrical/software engineering teams, technicians, suppliers, and external labs to ensure products meet functional requirements, design inputs, and reliability expectations.
