Develops, programs, and maintains automated vision systems for detecting defects in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production, focusing on PCB quality, optimizing inspection programs in Development projects to meet the project targets in term of timeline, quality, cost competitiveness and manufacturability.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Troubleshoots equipment (AOI, SPI, reflow), and collaborates with production/quality teams for continuous process improvement, ensuring high-yield, defect‑free electronics manufacturing. Responsible or support for technical handshake and knowledge transfer to Operations.
• Generate and update relevant documents, eg Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, Master FMEA, OJTI, T32, PDR.
• Support prototype and development sample builds.
• Provide inputs for updating related documents and is responsible for their correct contents, eg Process of Record, Assembly Design Rule, Process...
