Job Summary

Operations of all machines related to rebar mill manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities 1

Work closely in the rebar finishing area for smooth and efficient operation.

Ensure the functionality of each machine before starting the operation.

Performs task assigned by the immediate supervisors.

Report any machine abnormalities such as sound, current, tension, etc. to his superior or concerned department.

Perform clearing activities such as, short bar removal, shear cut ends removal and cutting of “flying” rebars.

Operate rolling mill machines to achieve the required specifications good rebar finished product.

Adhere to safety regulations for working with heavy machinery, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Participate in safety training sessions, audits, and initiatives aimed at maintaining a safe work environment. ...
