As our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor, you'll help us understand the condition of our tenant's homes as we deliver this for people across Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean.

You'll lead and coordinate our stock condition survey programme, using your experience to make sure the process runs smoothly and that we collect high-quality data.

Managing our team of surveyors, youll oversee the quality assurance (QA) processes and provide analysis to inform investment planning and compliance. Youll also support activities as part of the wider asset management team.
