Position Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring inventory integrity across multiple sites while supporting operational teams with stock planning, forecasting, reporting, procurement coordination, and cost control initiatives. The successful candidate will be a critical link among operations, finance, suppliers, and store management, ensuring stock is available when required while maintaining strict stock-holding targets and minimising losses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels across multiple stores and operational sites
Monitor stock movements, variances, wastage, and shrinkage
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory investigations
Analyse stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Manage supplier ordering processes and stock replenishment activities
Produce detailed stock, cost, variance, and inventory reports
