Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will lead strategy projects and initiatives that shape Yara Americas’ strategic agenda and move it forward in execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Yara to jointly shape priorities and work with leaders across Americas and global markets and functions.

Drive the operationalization of the regional strategy and support the strategic planning processes. Act as an ambassador for the regional strategy, building alignment and consensus across the organization. Lead regional strategic projects, leveraging resources from across the organization and the region. Support regional M&A projects, including strategic investments, divestments, and partnerships; drive investment decision processes following Yara’s capital value approach.
