Purpose of the role

Location: Germany (focus on Hamburg or Wiesbaden), remote-hybrid possible with occasional travel

The Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager is an individual contributor role embedded within a newly established PMO driving and supporting comforte’s growth and transformation ambition. You will be working closely with C-Suite leadership and functional leads. In this role, you will own and support the delivery and design of high-impact strategic and operational programs across our functional units (GTM, Product, Corporate Services). The role ensures that strategic priorities are identified, translated into actionable plans and effectively implemented across the organization.
