We are representing an industry leading consultancy, who are looking to grow their team in Hemel Hempstead.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.

This is a technical leadership role where you’ll take ownership of structural and civil design, lead projects from concept through construction, and act as the main C&S consultant for clients and design teams. You’ll manage workloads, mentor junior engineers, oversee quality and QA, and play a key role in project programming, fees, and financial control.

You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident working collaboratively across disciplines, with opportunities to support business growth through repeat work and new client relationships.
