Lead site safety initiatives by implementing and enforcing a comprehensive safety program 

Foster strong working relationships with subcontractors and field staff to maintain a positive and productive site environment 

Supervise, mentor, and develop site personnel through coaching, training, and performance evaluations 

Support the development and ongoing management of project schedules 

Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions, and change orders
