**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of machining and welding activities.
+ Manage, coach, and develop a team of welders, machinists, and operational staff to achieve departmental and business objectives.
+ Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
+ Monitor and drive performance against key operational metrics including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
+ Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
+ Investigate production and quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support MRB and rework activities requiring D-Center expertise and resources.
