Position Overview

            Job De ion  Senior Supervisor (Production)  Job Responsibilities  Responsible for meeting daily production targets and process yield goals, providing immediate intervention when targets are at risk. 
Manages shift handovers and inter-departmental coordination to ensure a seamless production flow, preventing gaps between shifts. 
Initiates LSS projects to shorten production times and eliminate operational waste. 
Optimizes resource allocation across different lines to eliminate bottlenecks and balance production workloads. 
Collaborates with Engineering closely on floor layouts that save space and reduce travel time. 
Audits production activities to ensure all operators strictly follow SOP and quality protocols. 
Instill and maintain a high standard of discipline within the production department. 
Trains and develops junior Supervisors in leadership and technical problem-solving.
