About Your New Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain will be responsible for managing all supply chain functions within the site, including warehouse, logistics and inventory control. You will work with Site Services for scheduling bulk materials that are brought over the ice road.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the 1-2-year materials management plan and deliver agreed results, adapting departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges.
• Develop and manage a high-performance team, delegating appropriate deliverables and holding team members accountable.
• Develop warehouse operations systems (ERP) by determining product handling, storage requirements; create and enforce policies and procedures; establish processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
