- Supervise daily warehouse and removal operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow - Allocate manpower and trucks according to daily operation requirements - Monitor daily operation progress and solve problems on-site - Control inbound and outbound goods in the warehouse - Manage subcontractors when internal manpower or trucks are insufficient - Control stock of packing materials and office supplies - Ensure safety standards, safe driving practices, and quality control - Handle daily petty cash and related expense summaries - Train team members on packing standards, service manners, safety, and work quality - Other tasks as assigned
