We're looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our supported living and outreach service in Blackpool, providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, including those with autism spectrum conditions and complex needs. This role is ideal for an experienced carer ready to lead a team and support individuals at our Blackpool service. You'll receive ongoing training to further your personal and professional development.
