Responsibilities
Planning
Plan and submit weekly planning (site visits) according to priority and requirements to Contracts Manager.
Plan annual in-house training days with survey students and others as required.
Plan and manage (Issue, Inspections, Services, Record keeping and Repairs) all survey equipment (Cable detectors, Troxlers and Lasers)
Man-Management
Ensure that team leaders and operators have all the information prior to starting the work process.
Train students and tachi-sighters to company standards.
Evaluate student surveyors and correct shortcomings.
Ensure that healthy / open communication take place up- and down wards.
Responsible for horizontal and vertical alignment of services installed is correct.
