This is your opportunity to take ownership of a small team of surveyors and provide advice and support on challenging repairs, structural issues, and major defects—delivering real results for our residents while balancing quality, compliance, and value for money.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the investigation and resolution of non-routine repairs, damp and mould issues, and ad hoc planned replacements.
