Overview

The Level 3 MSP Engineer serves as the top escalation point and technical lead for complex client environments. This role handles deep‑dive troubleshooting, infrastructure upgrades, and project implementation across hybrid, on‑prem, and cloud infrastructures. It also involves mentoring L1 and L2 engineers and working closely with the Service Delivery Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns.
• Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on‑prem AD.
