Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • The Senior System Engineer assists our clients in their digitalisation projects.
  • Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract.
  • Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline.
  • Be the single point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects.
  • Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects.
  • Involve in service improvement and recovery.
  • Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs.
  • Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3-years hands-on experience in Systems/ Network deployment work.
  • Must have SI experience.
  • Preferably with 2-years experience in project management and team management role.
  • Good customer service and able to manage customer well.
