Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO. Implement and manage virtual desktops, software deployment, central patch management, and endpoint hardening to meet security and compliance standards. Work closely with the Service Desk as L2 support to resolve escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance endpoint security, user provisioning, and digital workplace capabilities. Deploy, manage, and maintain collaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and enterprise email systems. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for internal use.
