Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team. The (PE3) applies process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. Facilitates project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives. Coordinates the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Acts as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise- wide integration of engineering efforts.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

+ TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

+ A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (15) years of general systems engineering experience within the past 10 years
