**Job Description**

AV is looking for a highly talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

+ Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
+ Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
+ Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
+ Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
+ Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
+ Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
