Role OverviewAs a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of APJC TA, the Senior TA Partner, China will lead full lifecycle recruiting—including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation—to secure top talent. This role will strategically support hiring needs across China. In addition will be responsible to manage senior level stake holders across functions to be their talent strategic partner to build and scale teams. This role will also support executive level recruitment across APJC and also support early in career hiring across functions.
