This isn’t your standard internal recruitment role. It’s fast-paced, commercially connected, and full of purpose. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Summerset to attract and secure great people for our construction (white-collar) and corporate Head Office roles. 

Ideally based in Auckland, we’re also open to Wellington for the right person. You’ll take ownership of recruitment across construction white-collar roles and corporate functions, while also providing support for operational village recruitment in Australia as our business continues to grow.
