Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment process from request to hire.Collaborate with departments to define candidate profiles.Source candidates through various channels.Build and maintain a candidate database.Arrange and participate in interviews, advising Hiring Managers.Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.Required experience:At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, includingminimum 1 year recruiting for positions requiring Japanese language skills.Good conversational English skills (for meetings with expats, etc....
