Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Senior Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process during a period of peak hiring demand. This role is primarily focused on high-volume recruitment delivery for all levels from staff to manager level. The position will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring execution, strong pipeline readiness, and a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offering for all levels (from staff to manager).
·Talent Sourcing & Pipeline: Proactively source and build a strong candidate pipeline for both corporate and retail roles, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring.
