• Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles including sourcing screening interviewing and final selection support.
• Ensure all healthcare hires meet Abu Dhabi Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensed roles in Abu Dhabi and other regulatory standards.
