Role Description The Senior Accountant will act as the Team lead for file production, ensuring tax and year-end files are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with internal procedures. This role will manage a team of staff accountants by assigning work, training, monitoring performance and time, and ensuring clients are billed appropriately based on the work performed.

This position reports directly to the Owner and will provide regular reporting on production metrics, team utilization, realization, turnaround times, and quality control, ensuring firm KPIs are consistently met.
