Oversee the Group’s tax compliance, tax advisory, tax planning and risk management, including the following

• Oversee preparation and timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax).
• Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting and Global Minimum Tax submissions.
• Lead the tax reporting process for month‑end and year‑end close, including tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities; act as the primary liaison.
• Maintain robust tax controls and documentation to ensure audit‑ready compliance.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impacts to the business.
