Job scope: - Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety, and 5S standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve operational issues.
- Drive process improvements and support project implementation.
- Handle customer enquiries and manpower planning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and leave administration.
Requirements: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
