Senior Tech Lead

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead to lead engineering teams, design technical solutions, and contribute to the strategy, growth, and management of our client’s engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams at the project level to ensure successful and timely delivery of work to our clients, adhering to our standards of excellence.
• Architect technical solutions using the latest cloud services, frontend/back‑end frameworks, and software libraries.
• Co‑create with multidisciplinary team members across projects and studios to embed quality at both process and programme levels.
• Provide support and mentorship to engineering teams across North America, Portugal, and the UK.
• Contribute to and help maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical sales support on new business opportunities and pitches.
