The Senior Technical Consultant is accountable for Portworx deployment and administration, OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities - Portworx deployment and administration
- OpenShift storage integration and CSI operations
- Day-2 production support and troubleshooting
- Storage performance and incident management
- Backup, DR, replication, and failover operations
- Cluster, node, and storage failure troubleshooting
- OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Experience - At least 5 years of relevant experience as Portworx operations/support engineer with strong hands-on production experience supporting Portworx integrated OpenShift environments.
