Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join our Managed Services Platforms team. This is an ideal role for a very strong 2nd line engineer, or existing 3rd line engineer looking to make their next move.

• Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the Advania client base
• Take ownership of tickets assigned to you and manage them through to resolution
