Required Skills - 610 / Core
- 4 years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP)
- Experience with Optimizely CMP
- Strong API and integration design experience
- Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure
- Experience designing content lifecycle governance and multilingual setups
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred - Optimizely Personalization
- Headless architecture experience
- Enterprise / regulated environment exposure
