WSP is seeking a **Senior Technical Manager, Structural Engineer** to join the Industrial Center of Excellence Structural Team within the Property & Buildings business line in Boise, ID. This leadership role will provide senior technical expertise, project delivery oversight, and mentorship for complex industrial projects across North America.

The Industrial CoE supports advanced manufacturing, semiconductor and microelectronics, battery, life sciences, food and beverage, mission-critical, logistics, and other large-scale industrial facilities. The successful candidate will serve as a structural Subject Matter Expert, lead design for greenfield and brownfield projects, and help strengthen technical delivery and client relationships.
