Responsible in assisting the Property Manager in managing building matters to ensure the smooth running of operations at client’s premises.
Lead a team of technicians and supervisor for electrical facilities management related activities which include controlling and implementing operations
Attend and oversee Electrical maintenance works
Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults
Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance, or repair work assigned.
Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
Perform any other tasks as and when required
