**Senior Technical Program Manager:**

**Position Summary:**

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead highly strategic, complex, cross-functional technical programs that drive our product and platform evolution. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Executive Leadership to deliver large-scale initiatives across multiple engineering organizations.

You will provide leadership beyond program execution by driving technical alignment, improving delivery excellence, managing organizational dependencies, influencing engineering strategy, and enabling predictable execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
