24/7 availability

5 Day a week from Office and alternate weekend working as per Banking industry.

Work from customer Site.

Banking industry experience.

Documents required for BV purpose – (Must have EPFO Service History records with supporting documents for the past 5 years is mandate)

Responsibilities

• Manage large infra programs / managed services delivery
• Act as SPOC for customer (banking environment)
• Drive incident/RCA, capacity planning, and service excellence
• Handle stakeholder management, escalations, and P&L ownership
