Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate Dutch Vet’s roadmap, focusing on growth. Partner with engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations to drive program delivery from planning through execution and handoff. Report to the Manager of Technical Programs.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing leads to scope, plan, and track growth initiatives with rigor and transparency
• Manage detailed execution of epics and sprints using Jira; maintain up‑to‑date and actionable boards
• Create and manage dashboards, timelines, and communications that let stakeholders make informed decisions quickly
• Facilitate planning cycles (quarterly and sprint‑based) and retrospective processes
