About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of a portfolio of initiatives across Data & Analytics, Finance transformation, Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion, and AI-enabled SDLC improvements. This role operates in a financial services environment and requires proven experience delivering complex programs for Insurance, Reinsurance, or Banking. You will lead Scrum teams and also manage hybrid delivery models common in ERP and enterprise data programs, ensuring strong governance, predictable execution, and measurable outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (but Not Limited To): 118,700 - 145,100. Annual Bonus Target based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance). 15% bonus.
