As the Senior Technical Service Advisor – Multi-Brand Troubleshooting Specialist, you are the primary technical escalation point for all distributed brands across the FSS network in Canada and the United States. This role owns the resolution of complex equipment failures, interfaces directly with manufacturer engineering teams, and builds institutional technical knowledge through structured documentation and hands‑on training.
You will be the go‑to expert for Tier 2 technical inquiries and escalations, ensuring our service partner network and internal team have the support needed to deliver fast, accurate, and high‑quality equipment service across all FSS brands.
