dnata Catering UK is looking to add structure to its Technical Services team as we embark on a period of significant change, enhancing existing systems and rolling out new systems to improve technology posture. This role is on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

What’s the purpose of role:

• Align resources to business priorities, managing end user devices, printers, infrastructure, networks and security.
• Engage with third party support and infrastructure technology providers.
• Measure supplier performance and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
• Drive adoption of technologies provided by Emirates Group, e.g. Modern Workplace, CSOC, Azure Cloud, ITSM portal.
• Assist with an MSP contract renewal including transformation projects around network and servers.
• Ensure business systems transformation projects are suitably supported with infrastructure, device and security requirements.
