The Red Hat Customer Content Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Writer in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will provide independent strategic contributions to develop and deliver content for customer success as part of a dynamic, fast-paced Agile team. Drawing from your passion for technology and communication, you will create and be responsible for customer-facing technical documentation for Red Hat products.

+ Proactively apply knowledge of content standards to build modular, reusable content that promotes AI consumption. Evaluate technical documentation to ensure quality (content is clear, concise, user focused, and easy to navigate by users).
