Seeking a detail‑oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high‑precision assembly tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate’s ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff.
