JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE

Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance, implement improvement projects across the NGC premises, and uphold company rules, ISO 9001/GMP standards, and safety and health practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects across all NGC premises (Production lines, QA, Warehouse, Compounding).
2. Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting, wiring work, and apply LOTO for all isolation activities.
3. Troubleshoot machines, perform repairs, and execute modifications when required.
4. Execute annual maintenance work and complete tasks within the planned timeline.
5. Monitor and optimize equipment performance to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
6. Rectify internal and external customer complaints related to maintenance issues.
