Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform hands‑on maintenance for general and curated landscape (e.g., bonsai and shrubs).
  • Conduct routine landscape inspection and report defects to senior management.
  • Escort vendors and service partners for landscape, pest control, and irrigation maintenance services.
  • Ensure quality work is carried out in accordance with SOPs, guidelines, and standards.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system.
  • Carry out basic administrative updates in the system.
  • Perform inventory stock checks, store management, and equipment inspections.
  • Execute ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assistance to other facilities department team members.
  • Monitor day‑to‑day progress of defect rectification and identify equipment defects.
