Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of test cell setup, buyoff and release including Engineering DOE and Sample Support
• Perform equipment conversion, setup, buyoff and basic technical troubleshooting
• Perform metrology equipment setup and basic technical troubleshooting
• Support DOE and engineering sample run and data collection including documentation
• Support lab instruments periodic calibration and maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Must passed SPM, including subject English & Mathematics
• 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor (Experience in Final Test will be added advantage)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Basic analytical and problem solving skill
• Knowledge in measurement and metrology tools
