Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery

• Drive application initiatives across the full lifecycle: requirements, solutioning, build, testing, deployment, and support
• Translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions
• Remain hands-on when needed (e.g., issue analysis, validation, release support)
• Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality expectations

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business users to gather and refine requirements
• Act as the key interface between business, technical teams, and vendors
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

Project & Vendor Coordination

• Manage project plans, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
• Work closely with vendors on solution delivery, evaluation, and performance tracking
