The London Market is experiencing its most significant technological transformation in a generation. Blueprint Two is reshaping how risks are placed, structured data is replacing manual processes, and AI is expanding what is possible across the placement lifecycle. Marsh’s UK Risk technology organisation needs a senior leader who understands this transformation, can drive it with commercial credibility, and can partner closely with the business. We are building the Office of the UKCIO -a new technologyleadership function to transform how technology is designed,governedand delivered across Marsh UK Risk. Reporting directly to the CIO, the Senior Technology Investment & Portfolio Lead has a dual mandate: co-owning investment governance and portfolio leadership as the CIO’s primary accountability partner on budget,riskand delivery, while also acting as a senior technology partner to the business.
