Salt Talent Search is looking for a Engineering Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role. The Senior Telecom Manager is responsible managing a team of engineers while providing technical leadership and engineering support to assigned projects. This role requires both people management along with hands‑on technical oversight and departmental support to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead the standardization of engineering documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and maintain engineering software tools, licenses, version control systems, and related resources.
